Scope of Service

RoastMyFolio is a web-based AI-powered portfolio review service operated by Kolmira UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

Current Status: Pre-Launch Waitlist

  • The service is currently in pre-launch phase
  • No payment is required to join the waitlist
  • Waitlist participants will receive early access when service launches
  • No portfolio reviews are conducted during waitlist phase

When Service Launches

  • Paid portfolio review service (pricing to be determined)
  • AI-generated feedback on design portfolios to help designers improve
  • Payment processing via Stripe or PayPal
  • Subscription or per-review pricing model (details at launch)

Waitlist Terms

By joining the RoastMyFolio waitlist:

  • You consent to receive email updates about service launch and early access
  • You can unsubscribe at any time via MailerLite
  • Waitlist position does not guarantee service access upon launch
  • We reserve the right to limit early access availability
  • No payment obligation exists from waitlist participation

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, AI models, review algorithms, user interface designs, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by Kolmira UG and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "RoastMyFolio" and the RoastMyFolio logo are trademarks of Kolmira UG. You may not use these trademarks without prior written consent.

Payment Terms (Effective Upon Service Launch)

When the paid service launches, the following terms will apply:

  • Payment methods: Credit card via Stripe, PayPal
  • Pricing: To be announced at launch
  • Refund policy: 14-day satisfaction guarantee (details at launch)
  • Payment processing: Third-party providers (Stripe/PayPal)
  • EU VAT compliance: VAT will be added for EU customers where applicable

These terms will be updated prior to service launch with specific pricing and refund policies.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Behavior that harms or could harm other users or the Service

Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately cease, and you must delete all copies of any materials provided by the Service.

Updates & Modifications to Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes to the Service.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Stuttgart, Germany (place of registration).

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
